FAMILY OFFICE SERVICES

At Rangoli, we understand that wealthy people often have multiple businesses with investments in various structures in different jurisdictions. Our Family Office Services allows you to organize your wealth so that there is one reporting line to manage your financial and personal affairs, thereby making your life easier.

Our Services Include:

  • Oversee the formation process and management for trusts, companies (IBC/Regular), PTCs and Foundations
  • Manage your existing structures by reviewing and consolidating legal documents
  • Liaise with all regulated entity providers in all jurisdictions to ensure that the status of your structure (s) is/are current
  • Ensure that all regulatory reporting requirements are met and current
  • Ensure that your structures are tax compliant by working with your wealth and tax advisors
  • Draft various instructions for your signature and forward to the relevant service provider
  • Oversee the payment of all fees, taxes and insurances

MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT

At Rangoli, we understand that it is common for wealthy individuals to have investment properties in multiple jurisdictions.

We will work with a licensed professional property manager in the relevant jurisdiction of your property and ensure that all maintenance and repairs are being done.  We will also oversee the payment of taxes, fees and insurances and provide detailed accounting.  We will ensure that frequent inspections are being conducted by the property manager and make personal visits to ensure the same.
