We ensure that your property manager carries out the following:

• Conduct period checks of the entire premises;
• Engage sub-contractors to carry out maintenance and repairs as and when needed;
• Ensure that the landscaping is kept in immaculate condition at all times;
• Ensure that pool and other aquatic areas are maintained.

Additionally, we review all inspection checklists to ensure that all is in order, evaluate all accounting reports to ensure that your funds are being allocated and spent correctly, and provide this information to you.
